I recently placed an online order from Swaad Ambassador for dry fruits including walnuts, pistachios, and anjeer. Unfortunately, the pistachios were not crispy and tasted very bad, which made me feel that the product was old stock.
I contacted the owner about this issue, and he initially agreed to replace the pistachios. He asked me to send the package back via courier, and I did so at my own expense.
However, after I sent the courier, he stopped receiving my calls. When I tried calling him multiple times, he finally answered and told me that the courier office was closed for five days due to holi, when I asked for the tracking number. This explanation seemed suspicious and unprofessional.
As a customer, this kind of service and response is very disappointing. I had to bear the courier charges myself and still did not receive proper support or transparency.
Because of this experience, I will not be ordering from Swaad Ambassador again. I am sharing this so that other customers are aware before placing an order.
